4. Instagram Integration and Data

Chaattr integrates with Instagram Messaging to enable you to manage customer communications through our platform. When you authorize our integration:

• We access your Instagram business account information with your consent
• We process messages between you and your customers

• We use this data to provide messaging services and improve our platform

5. Shopify Integration and Data

Chaattr integrates with Shopify to allow merchants to sync their store's product catalog and orders with our platform. When you connect your Shopify store via OAuth:

• We access your Shopify store's products, variants, images, and inventory data to power our AI chatbot
• We receive and store order data (customer name, email, phone, shipping address, line items, and payment status) from your Shopify store
• We register webhooks on your store to keep product and order data in sync in real time
• We store a Shopify OAuth access token to authenticate API requests on your behalf

Data use: Shopify data is used solely to provide the Chaattr service to you — specifically to answer customer product queries via AI chat and to display order information in your dashboard. We do not share Shopify store data with third parties except as described in Section 6.

Data deletion: When you disconnect your Shopify store from Chaattr, your access token is immediately revoked and cleared from our systems. You may also request deletion of all synced store data by contacting us at the address in Section 12.

You can revoke our access at any time by uninstalling the Chaattr app from your Shopify admin under Apps → Chaattr → Delete. Please review Shopify's own privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy for information about how Shopify handles your data.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information in the following circumstances:
